Project Story
Project Brief
Willmott Dixon Interiors were proud to have been appointed to deliver the refurbishment of Wellington House, a a 1980s office building in Leeds city centre for the headquarters of West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
The renovation of Wellington House enabled West Yorkshire Combined Authority to make much needed improvements to a building that was originally constructed in the early 1900s before being rebuilt following fire damage in the late 1980s. The revamped office space now accommodates additional staff, and has allowed consolidation of staff in various offices into a single location.
The contract was awarded to Willmott Dixon Interiors via Major Works England and Northern Ireland – part of the Scape National Construction framework – and was delivered by a project team that included Faithful+Gould and NPS Leeds Limited.
