Willmott Dixon Interiors are proud to be working alongside the Honourable Society Of The Middle Temple on the refurbishment and external works at 1-2 Garden Court and Blackstone House carried out over 3 phases.
Project Solution
The first of three phases of refurbishment was successfully completed alongside external works to the Grade II listed 1-2 Garden Court and Blackstone House within the Temple area situated between Fleet Street and Victoria Embankment.
Phase 2 allowed for staff to decant from Blackstone House to 1-2 Garden Court. Phase 3 of the project included the refurbishment of Blackstone House along with an extension of the 6th floor and works to the ground floor atrium including an extension.
Retaining heritage features is key to this project and our teams have been liaising with the English Heritage to ensure requirements are being met.
The completed project has delivered a new lease of life into a traditional environment occupied by leading members of the legal profession.
