We have a dedicated team that provide care to each of our projects post-delivery:
- At handover, each of our projects will be to a high-quality standard, as with all buildings, there are issues that may arise after we have finished works
We adopt a 12-month defect period after practical completion, where our teams work with our customers to solve any issues that occur
Our project delivery teams are also involved to support by providing knowledge to our aftercare teams on what happened whilst on site to ensure learnings are taken forward and minimise risk of mistakes
Available to work with our customers after delivery and encourage them to raise any challenges they are facing
Working in partnership with our customers
We work with our customer to resolve and provide realistic time frames for when we will be able to solve the issue. A proactive approach is adopted by our teams; by ensuring effective communication we can understand our customer’s needs and requirements.
Our dedicated aftercare team will meet with the customer team after practical completion of the project and explain the process. Our customers will then be set up on our aftercare system and provided details to be able to log any defects that occur. Working with our supply chain partners, we resolve these issues in a timely manner. At the end of the 12-month defect period, our team takes our customers around the site to assess the defects that have been closed out.
