Project Brief

Willmott Dixon Interiors have been working with Travelodge for over 10 years to refresh their hotels, delivering over 200 projects. Last year, we completed 34 individual projects, and over 4000 rooms were refurbished.

Project Solution

The scope of works involved in each of the hotels is the full decoration of bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas and reception. We install new floor finishes throughout the hotel and new joinery in the bedrooms and bathrooms. All lighting is upgraded to energy efficient LED fittings to improve sustainability. A new concept includes the full refurbishment of the existing bar/cafe at the hotels.

As the works are carried out within a live environment, we have created an innovative and complex phasing programme in order to minimise disruption to residents and the Travelodge staff.

Over 10 years, we have maintained trust and a positive relationship with Travelodge. Throughout each project, the customer experience is considered whilst we work to feel pride in what we deliver. Consistency is a top
priority to maintain branding throughout Travelodge hotels, we work with our supply chain to achieve this throughout the UK.
