Project Brief

Willmott Dixon Interiors entered into a project order, to provide pre-construction services in May 2019 to support the customer with a programme of works to upgrade existing buildings on the high-security site.

Project Solution

The programme of works includes the refurbishment and fit-out of a highly secure building each with complex end-user requirements and numerous stakeholders. Works include remodelling, mechanical & electrical works and finishes.

Given the nature of the customer, each team member working on the project must undertake rigorous security checks in order to obtain the level of security clearance required.

Due to the confidentiality of this project, the highest level of information has been disclosed.

Technical Apprentice Programme

Apprenticeships are a great route into construction. At Willmott Dixon, apprenticeships are available in our business support teams and also through our supply chain partners or our sister company, Fortem, in trade disciplines such as bricklaying.

We offer some entry level positions for those who are looking to take their first steps into construction. With a paid apprenticeship you will earn while you learn and obtain a Level 3 qualification. You can apply following GCSEs; you don’t to have a construction background to complete an apprenticeship.
